Q: How do I start loving my enemy?Sri Sri: If you want to directly love your enemy, it is not possible. There are 3 steps:First accept that they are evil / incorrigible. They cannot be changed! To see them as they are.
Understand that they are doing it because of stress.
Show compassion and Love.Acceptance, and then Understanding, and finally comes Love.
